Went through the drive through today 8/31/26 around 11 am. asked if they knew how to make a Cortado. I was told yes. So I got a 4 shot Cortado. Tell me why I got a 12 OZ cup with four shots and the rest full of milk. When I let them know that was not what I ordered the lady offered me a smaller cup rather than making me the right drink i had paid for.
