About this business
With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee & espresso grew and soon after opening our original location in Ashland, we expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients.

This is my very favorite coffee shop. Every time (which is everyday), the service is OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!! All the girls and guys are such honeys. They recommend drinks if you need help and that's how I found my favorite salty caramel latte with caramel drizzle! Check them out it's the best!!!!!!

I ordered an iced vanilla latte with 2 extra shots of espresso and extra ice and I got it and it barely had ice and tasted so watered down for being 4 shots of espresso, wasn’t given a receipt so I don’t know how much it cost but typically when I order this anywhere else it’s about $7. The reason I order it like this is because I don’t want a cup full of liquid I want 4 shots of espresso on extra ice with a splash of milk just to suck it down and get on with my day. I lime the blended coffee best. A little pricey but it's locally owned and I like to support local businesses. Coffee is stronger than Starbucks. Many flavors to choose from
When visiting family in Visalia, we always stop by here. Today was a beautiful 78 degrees and I had to order my favorite drink "butterbeer"
