Previously, I rated this location 5 stars, but lately, its just been one frustrating experience after another. A few days ago, I ordered an extra-large green tea with 3 pumps of peach. Instead, I was given raspberry, yuck! I was already too far away and on my way to an appointment, so I couldn't go back to get it remade. Also, the employee that made it seemed to be half asleep. Love the hot cocoa and breakfast sandwiches, I like you guys better than Dutchbros & starbucks
I've tried this location multple time. I cannot for the life of me get them to make a dairy free Vanilla sweet cream correctly and this last time it was just a sweet cream cold brew and they still messed it up . The baristas are just checked out here. The last time I came one their boyfriends was goofing off chasing another one of their boyfriend in his car around the parking lot and then flirting with them and not letting the line through. Just got do Dutch bros across the street.
Their coffee is good but they always take forever at this location. My husband just waited in line for an hour to get me a cold brew in their drive thru. I wouldn’t have had him get me that if I knew it was going to make him late to work. Won’t be returning.
