We constantantly drive past 4 coffee spots to get to this location because we like the coffee but customer service has been deteriorating. Within our last three visits, we were sitting in the drive-thru window for a good 15 minutes and the baristas were occupied chatting amongst themselves and looking at their phones. Way better than Starbucks. And the pup cups are the best in town
Update: I emailed like i was advised in the message below and there was no response. So i guess this company does not care how serious this was. And what could of happened. So i filed a complaint with BBB. On Sunday I ordered a butter pecan mocha latte. They said they can only do a 20 Oz drink i said ok. Got to the window was given the wrong total 18.00 then I said I only ordered a drink. The new total was 6 dollars. I left the line took a drink and it was a pumpkin drink.
