We've been going here since they've opened, this specific lady in the drive thru, every time we go when she is there, the order is wrong. We went again this morning, same result. Even after correcting her we got the wrong order. Very disappointed. I was so happy to see different employees and my order was correct. Yes, I went back. My daughter isn't pleased at all about it.

We constantantly drive past 4 coffee spots to get to this location because we like the coffee but customer service has been deteriorating. Within our last three visits, we were sitting in the drive-thru window for a good 15 minutes and the baristas were occupied chatting amongst themselves and looking at their phones. They were not busy as we were the only client there. In our last visit, the barista did not close the lid correctly and pop off as soon as she handed the hot coffee over.
