Whenever I visit a coffee shop for the first time, I always order an espresso shot. It’s the best way to tell if the coffee is actually good, since many places can hide mediocre beans behind a latte. But The Human Bean truly has excellent coffee. This location also has the best croissant I’ve had. Human Bean Coffee in Lewisville is easily one of my favorite coffee stops in the area. The drinks are consistently smooth, rich, and never taste burnt, and I really appreciate the variety of options, from classic espresso drinks to fun seasonal specials.
