Quite annoyed we ordered a coffee and water and they charge for water in AZ when it's 104 outside.
The girl in the morning is alone and doesn’t really care about customer service, I guess she feels overwhelmed with 2 customers at the same time, especially for the delivery orders, if you work in deliveries just avoid accepting orders from this place.
Stopped by in hopes of getting a sticker or two with some drinks. Asked the human working if they had a specific sticker, she went to look, then came back with an attitude and said they only hand out stickers on Tuesdays. New monthly stickers on specific days I get, but having leftovers and refusing to give them out any other day of the week is crazy. Still ordered a drink even with the rude attitude, very disappointing tasting and threw it away. I'll stick with Dutch Bros.
Great people, excellent coffee! The food is always hot and fresh, much better tasting than their coffee competitors. Team is always friendly and helpful. I always recommend this place to anyone who asks "what's nearby". Definitely worth the stop!
I’m giving the food 2 stars because my drink was actually good being it was my first time there but the service wasn’t good it started off well in the beginning when me and my best friend were ordering. They were patient with us when we were trying to figure out what we wanted because again our first time trying the place out.
