The girls talking to each other and not paying attention to customers. Made a customers drink wrong in front of me that delayed time and then made my drink wrong. Terrible service today. Looks like Starbucks will be my regular stop from now on.
Constantly messes up orders. Ordered a medium, told them, gave back the drink, and they dumped the small drink into a medium cup and never gave a medium size coffee. IN FRONT OF ME AFTER CHARGING ME A MEDOUM. This is after the 10th time having orders messed up. Take your money elsewhere. Hope they go out business at this point. Don’t waste your money because mine was.
Coffee is watered down literally no taste of coffee.. I wouldn’t recommend..
Ordered and paid for 24 oz, but received 16 oz. Not the first time this has happened. Usually I catch it at the window and have them correct it. This time I was in a rush and not thinking. This has also happened to my friend so it isn't just me. I've ordered this same drink multiple times-- I can't even drink it today because it tastes horrible. Lastly, I know they're trying to be friendly, but being called at least SEVEN times "girl" by someone who's at least 35 years younger than me was inappropriate and felt condescending... read more
