Hi. Today, just now 12/12/25 around 3:45-3:50pm my husband was pumping gas across the street so I got out and walked over to get us a coffee. There was a man working in there right by the machines. I knocked on the glass multiple times. Each time no response. I stood there for a minute or two hoping to get a drink. Never was acknowledged. Husband and I left and went over to Starbucks. Update: I emailed as requested with no follow up response.
I’ve gone multiple times to try and give them more chances. The coffee is great but the service is terrible everyone has been snarky and rude it sucks that I have to drive way across town now to get coffee.
The breakfast burrito was not edible and very small, although that wasn’t really the issue. The first couple bites were scalding, but the center was still partially frozen, and it just generally tasted really bad.
We LOVE the Human Bean! Coffee is 1000% better than 'other places' ;-) and we love that you guys are always doing fundraising for important causes. I honestly can't brag enough about the Human Bean and I tell everyone to try it!
