The employees at this location are super nice and friendly, but that's about the only thing they have going for them. They somehow always manage to screw my order up every time. The sausage croissant I ordered this morning was freezing cold and frozen solid in the middle and in the past they've handed me a plain black coffee when I asked for 3 cream and 3 sugar. Wasted 12 bucks on 2 awful, flavorless lattes. The employee didn't care, and later, the owner also didn't care, as he sided with the employee who doesn't know how to make a latte. *Beware* going to the Kent location - if you get a sub-standard drink, just deal with it, because, according to the owner, every drink they've ever made turns out perfectly. I LOVE this place. I'm not a huge coffee drinker, so when I found somewhere with soooo many energy drink options, smoothies etc, I was hooked. The flavors they make are so good. And the sweets and food options they have are solid too. Such a cute little design they have, the staff is always so sweet, and as always, the drinks are perfect. Who ever is running this place, you have a great thing going :)
