When you order an item it should actually be what you purchased. If you are going to offer tea as an item to purchase on your menu it should be ready to drink. I should not be sold ice water with tea bags tossed into a cup full of ice and told I have to wait for it to brew in my now peach flavored water. At the cost of $6.00dollars because either your employees are too lazy to brew the tea or as a company you are trying to cut costs by not brewing the tea before hand and keeping it on the menu anyway. Do better
The Human Bean makes an excellent Mocha Frappechino. I highly recommend.
Quick service. This location unlike the Greeley, Evans and Lasalle locations is lacking something. The staff is very nice but the drinks, especially the coffee just don't taste like the Human Bean down in Colorado. Maybe it's the water lol
Went though drive and ordered a mocha frappe it was great the best part of the visit was the guy at the window he was friendly and noticed my dogs the PUP cups for my three little dogs made them so happy and my day as well I wish I got his name but thank you so much for ur amazing customer service
