I have been getting my daily mocha, with alt. milk, from human bean for years. When they had their alt. milk surcharge I would pay $6.50 for a 20oz. Since they got rid of that surcharge I've paid paying $5.50 (at multiple different locations). Today, my drink cost $6.35. I was confused & asked why the up-charge. They told me they charge extra for the chocolate syrup. I asked when this change occurred and they stated it has always been extra, which has not been my experience. Worst drink location ever. Can’t seem to get a simple order right… like EVER. Might as well save the few $$ and figure out how to make a copycat at home.
This was my first visit to a human bean coffee shop. Staff were super nice and really patient, and answered questions and concerns. This was a drive thru with no seating/restroom, but we parked chose to order at the counter and pick it up. The place was not too busy in the morning; I opted for snowy mocha and loved it.
