Drinks: always amazing, one of my favorite places in town. Service: always amazing as well. I believed (key word: believed) to have lost a card here and the employee there around 6ish today was SO helpful in looking for it etc. it ended up not being there (but they were very nice in checking etc. so I wanted to make sure to leave this review).
The service standards are subpar with some staff.rude and impatient.
My drink I have been ordered here for years and it has been good but they never get my drink right anymore especially since before November so I stop going and I usually will come back and try it for a week and it just keeps getting worse. I have tried many ways for them to get it right. I also just realized I could see what they marked down as my drink and add ins in the app and now I know why my drink is always wrong.
