Although we can not speak to the particular incident you are referring to; it is the policy and one of the founding values of The Human Bean Northern Colorado to be supportive and respectful of all individuals - baristas and customers alike.
I am a regular customer...mainly the one in Lasalle. I am there 4-5 times a week maybe even more and sometimes late. Now they are hardly ever open at night and charging ridiculous amount for a little extra whip cream. I promise you that you guys are not losing that much money with your new lids as you can fit very minimum in there anyways. I love this place but recently have lost me as a customer as I have spent a lot of money there for many years!

The employees at all locations are great! However the LaSalle location went beyond above and beyond! These ladies provided great customer service! Thank you ladies so much!!!
I love this place! The coffee is good and the staff is amazing. They are so friendly and go above and beyond. The ladies working on 9/23 @ the west 10th street location in Greeley made my day. A great way to start the morning with great coffee and amazing customer service!
