Whoever is at the front desk needs some training on how to answer the phone. I called to spend my money at your business there's no reason to answer the phone as if you're being bothered. Is a law office, no way you should be answering the phone with "hull firm...." . That's not how you answer a phone. Definitely will skip right on down to the next listing and hire someone else who is a little bit more excited to get my business.
From the beginning they were very intentional about finding the best way to support our child. The Hull Firm gave us a space where we felt heard for the first time, which was a breath of fresh air! We appreciate the time and effort the Hull Firm put into resolving our case! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing. The mere mention of their name to the school district and everything we needed for our child "magically" fell into place. The district was suddenly cooperative, our special needs child was given transportation, extended school year, expanded AAC device assistance, and more- immediately- with merely the mention and presence of Ms. Hull. Ever so thankful for her and her firm's assistance.
Initially, we were impressed with Nicole. She seemed to genuine care about our child. A couple of months into her representating our child, we missed a payment by a couple of days. We received an email that our case was “on hold” until we made a payment. We made the payment immediately. The next meeting she attended she was unprepared and even said things against what we were requesting.
