Great location downtown if you are looking to walk to work. Grady Rider is a great property manager - very attentive to residents' needs and wants everyone to have the best experience possible. He was absolutely a difference maker in my satisfaction with living here vs. other places. I lived in a studio that met my needs for the short time I was there but also saw other floor plans that can work very nicely for people looking for a bit more.

GORGEOUS apartments! I loved the roof top deck, it had the prettiest views. The convenience of having a fitness room within the complex helped me get back into exercising! The package room was a very nice feature, and I appreciated having trash chutes to make my life easier. I couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was less than a five minute walk to my college classes or downtown activities; the convenience was greatly appreciated.
