I contacted Riverbend Wood Floor via e-mail at about 8:pm at night to inquire if I they purchased reclaimed wood. The president, Alex responded via e-mail within a half hour. He politely declined and explained why. He went even further to explain the process of reclaiming wood and offered some ideas for referrals. I appreciated his time and his advice. I was not a customer and he took the time to talk. If I ever am a position to purchases a wood floor, I will call Riverbend first.
