Do not move here at all costs. New management is even worse than before. Extremely high rent prices for 4bdb and additional high fees for parking and hidden fees in electric bill with simple bills READ CAREFULLY. Room sizes are inconsistent, they will tell you they are similar square footage but layout is all that matters as some rooms get scammed on layout with odd positioning making living their difficult. So far so good- there were some minor issues with the apartment with the flooring and some strange setup problems with where they placed my dresser, but it's comfortable, quiet, and the Internet is fast- always good for classes and leisure time. Facilities like the mini gym and pool are standard in a good way, and staff have been prompt and pleasant with my roommates and I thus far.
I just moved in a week ago and so far I’ve had a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean and the apartment is pretty modern. The furniture the room comes with is also really nice.
