This condo is so “pet friendly” there is a continuous stench of pet urine and feces surrounding the block. While there is a “no poo or pee zone” sign and plenty of space for pets to relieve themselves, every morning I am met with floods of urine right outside the lobby. Out of hundreds of buildings I pass daily, the Hudson stands out as the hot urine spot of King Street. Please be better.
Avoid the landlord of Unit 1302‼️ I initially planned to rent this unit, and after negotiating with their agent, we reached an agreement and signed the contract. However, three days later, the landlord backed out of the contract with some weird reasons, citing a clause in the contract(p2). Really bad experience! Since I had turned down all other options after signing with the landlord of Unit 1302, I had to start my condo search all over again.
