"Scam alert! This management is a total rip-off. On top of that, I lived with a broken ventilation fan for an entire year, despite multiple complaints. Zero service, shady practices, and pure greed. Avoid this place if you value your time and money! 1. Electricity Issues There was definitely something wrong with their equipment. Miraculously, when we moved from their one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom unit elsewhere, our electricity bill dropped by half.
