I currently live here now, and I absolutely love it. Harlem/Brooklyn vibes right off the Detroit River. I have the best view of the city without question, and it's located in the best area downtown. You're very close to the action, but far away enough to be considered lowkey and out of the way. Very quiet, but there is the occasional weekend traffic.
