I currently live here now, and I absolutely love it. Harlem/Brooklyn vibes right off the Detroit River. I have the best view of the city without question, and it's located in the best area downtown. You're very close to the action, but far away enough to be considered lowkey and out of the way. Very quiet, but there is the occasional weekend traffic. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION.
I stayed there for one night and from my opinion it was great.
Don't have a party here! Don't rent an Airbnb here!! No elevator!! You can't have photo booths, 360's, nothing unless you're on the 1st floor and you will be hiking flights of stairs....
