Poor Management, Squeaky floors, very cold during winter. The apartment has a very poor management. There is just one guy doing the maintenance for the entire place, and you have to schedule maintenance very in advance. I haven't had any emergency maintenance situation, so I don't know how they'd respond to that. Electricity bill was very high during winter due to low insulation (~$200 constantly), even though we kept the apartment at 55. Parking area is dangerous.
