I've had nothing but great experiences at the Hub. Good customer service, good mechanics, follow up service was immediate and very satisfying. I had my 6yr old road bike serviced with their best maintenance option. Hallelujah, it was like a new bike, everything functioning as good as new. Also had my beach cruiser serviced and my brother had his road/beach bike serviced. Satisfied with all experiences!!! Much thanks to the Hub and all employees. Jerry Cauble.
Awesome experience!! Took there time to make sure I was comfortable and that it fit right. Can't wait to go fast.
These guys are awesome. My back tube popped one day, so I went in to get it fixed. It took no time at all, but the next morning, the tube was flat again. I took it back in and told them I got it changed and that it was flat again. They told me that the tube they gave me was defective, and gave me a new one without charging me again.
