Ordered a flavored cold brew with crew and 8 mins later it came unsweetened. Took it back explaining the flavor. Served came back and said the kitchen ran out of that flavor and they’ll remake it, but why send it out plain? We ordered the avocado toast to split and it was cut 75/25 so that was interesting.

We came for breakfast with our lattes from the Mill, which is an amazing place. Highly recommend, and were told that by bringing our cups and that had lids on could bring in contamination and that they let us keep our drinks this time, but not to bring them in next time. I went up to the bar to ask for a side of honey for my latte and instead of getting the honey she asked what is it for? Had a pretty unfortunate experience eating here today. First off i think they were understaffed but the vibe in there was stressful and chaotic. For the size of the restaurant they should definitely have more than 1 barista because it took forever to get our coffee and when it did arrive they served it in glass water cups. We ordered two cortados and they came in completely different sizes. The smaller one was undrinkable. Never in my life have I gone to a coffee shop and drank coffee out of water cups. Before leaving Lincoln after Gravel Worlds, I had time for a little breaky before my flight. I asked Google Gemini where to go and it recommended Hub. I’m in a frenemy state with AI but they got this right. Awesome place. It was a human first, like hearted vibe. Had the power bowl and a biscuit. Total yum!
