We've been to the Hub about every time we go trail running down in Pisgah or DuPont. Today, we found ourselves many miles off trail and additional 3 hours off our day. We hitchhiked a ride back to the Hub knowing we would find someone with some guidance to get back to our car. Luckily, the owner Jordan was there and she took us and our dog Cooper with no hesitation back to the trailhead. You couldn't run into a nicer person who runs an even better business. We love the Hub!
Great post ride beverage stop, also good if you're looking for some inspiration on what to ride in 'The Pisgah'
Great bike store. They took time to explain me where to go and the trails were awesome. The Santa Cruz that I rent is a great Bike. The tavern has a large selection of good local beer (I love IPA's). They were not really reactive by mail or Facebook...that's the only point to improve. Good job guys.
Bought my Norco there last summer and had an excellent experience. Came back a couple weeks ago to have my bike tuned up. There was a guy working with dark hair and long black beard that was a complete jerk. Completely disrespected me and my fiance when i dropped my bike off, then didnt want to even acknowledge our existence when we came back to get it. Very unlikely I will be back because of that guy...however I did appreciate the mechanic squeezing my bike in on a busy day.
