The people we dealt with were the rudest people we ever dealt with my husband was trying to ask questions pertaining to the bikes and the manager was absolutely snarky and rude with him. This definitely put a damper on our honeymoon I would recommend anyone to do the same as us and take your money else where

The staff there is very Friendly and helpful. Alex the bike tech adjusted and made sure my bike was tuned before I hit the trails. He was very helpful and gave me some awesome routes. It was my first time riding there as I’m from Calgary, Canada. I will be back!!! Thanks again Hub:)

We came down to NC from NY for the first time to ride Pisgah and DuPont and used the Hub as our home base. An amazing "bike shop", with incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff (Thanks Mike!) with an overall awesome vibe. Be careful if you rent a bike here however, bike envy is an awful addiction, and if you do you may never want to get back on your own. Their fleet is top notch, I am still haunted by the Santa Cruz HT CC, what a machine! Cant wait to go back to the Hub!
Mike was amazing with helping us order new bikes and wheels. He made the process easy. He was also very helpful when we came into the store asking for ride suggestions. Everyone was kind and helpful. Working with people who are as excited about mountain biking as we are makes the whole experience unforgettable. Definitely be back for a beer and other bike accessories.
