Very scammy. Bad landlord, bad communication. Back tracks and over charges.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are not accredited and it is a scam. Met with Lance and he had a hard time even getting into the property. You would think a property manager would already have access to the home. He tried to charge me prepaid for 8 months while only crediting me for 7 months. Uses Google voice as a contact number (big red flag) and when I asked for a legitimate number he refused to provide one. His "business address" is non existent.. doesn't even show a store front... and when I called him out on... read more
I came into business with this company when the apartment I lived in at the time was sold to a new owner who used this management company.... At first contact I was asked about any problems with the place that needed resolved. I made sure to let Lance know about the rodent infestation that we had been dealing with for at least a month at that point (this was October 4, 2020) he let me know that they would be taking care of it. The property manager Lance went beyond to do what he could to help me get my house in Scottsdale rent out quickly. He is very knowledgeable about the market and also answers my questions 24/7. I am very happy with his services - 10/10 I will definitely recommend this property management company.
