I am in the 3rd year of renting from them. I paid my rent on time (within the 1st 3 days) of the month for the first 2 years, My business slowed in Dec of 2022 and I had my first late payment in January. After 3rd its $100. No problem paid and met arrangement as agreed. I don't like to pay late but now 4 months into the year, I have paid late twice but by the 15th each month.
