Really happy with Glenn @ The House Whisperer LLC. He did a thorough job inspecting my home "to be" and took time to sit and explain everything after he had completed the inspection. He also sent the report within a day. What I appreciated the most was the "summary" page to make things simple and followed up with me to make sure I understood everything and answer all my questions. I highly recommend Glenn.

Glenn provided a thorough home inspection including an oral summary of most of the issues we would see in his report. We received the report later the same day. I needed a home inspection and so glad I reached out to the House Whisperer! I was looking for a company that 1. Had a sample report. A few companys I reached out to did not provide one or just ignored my request for one. 2. Would enter the crawl space under the house and attic. My findings again were the same, not answering the question if it could be a possibility or it was going to be an additional fee. Glen included that in his price.
