Glenn is phenomenal! The reviews here don't lie. His experience is apparent throughout the inspection. The report was extremely useful, highlighting major issues in the summary while also detailed enough to identify less pressing items we would want to know about. Glenn also made himself available for follow-up questions which we appreciated. Thorough professionalism through and through!

Glenn is amazing! His inspections are super thorough and reports are so easy to read. This is one thing that most homebuyers are very nervous about, and Glenn makes easier on them. Really happy with Glenn @ The House Whisperer LLC. He did a thorough job inspecting my home "to be" and took time to sit and explain everything after he had completed the inspection. He also sent the report within a day.
