I have been going to Josie for years! Their new salon is so fresh and the perfect location!
Came to this salon to get my hair done and saw Josie. Kindly asked if it was alright to have my headphones in as I was awaiting a phone call— was told it was alright. Had my lengthy and detailed conversation, but all the while she was listening to every word. All of the information spoken about on my personal conversation was then told to a relative who also goes to see her. This is a complete violation of client privacy and professionalism. Completely unprofessional. My wife has gone to Josie as a regular for many years to get her hair done but she was unaware that Josie was eavesdropping on the conversations that my wife would have on the phone with friends and family members while she was sitting getting her hair done. Josie then proceeded to “gossip” the information she heard from my wife’s conversations by telling other clients and friends, divulging my wife’s business and information.
