As a caregiver that works 3 jobs and 80 hours a week, I was blown away that an American company would not help me because of small error on my part about time. I called 2 weeks too late..... I said the product did not work, and that I wanted to send it back and by something else that was more expensive. They would not help. :( So I do not recommend that you buy anything from them and order from China @fasttech they have a 45 day return policy and unlike this company, stands behind its products.
