I am consistently blown away by the level of professionalism and care that the employees here display. Chris helped me out today, I bought a battery recently without bringing in my mod, so I just guessed. Sure enough, it was the wrong one! Chris helped me exchange it and sent me off with new juice to try. This location is the best House of Vapor, and I will continue to come here over anywhere else. Thank you Chris and other staff!!
Just moved into the area and went to a bunch of vape shops around buffalo and THOV was by far my favorite. Great people they we're very helpful, chill atmosphere in the building was nice just to chill there and I think being comfortable and able to talk is key in a shop like this, nice selection of juices and everything else can't say anything bad about the place. Definitely a repeat customer here!

Awful customer service and defective products... they sell you garbage and when u ask for help they tell you all sales are final and that it's on the bottom of their receipts
