DO NOT STAY HERE! Suzanne has completely misrepresented this house. She charged us over $5,000 for three nights as we were desperate and she knew it. She said it was "luxurious" and in "the Beverly Hills of ABQ". WRONG! First off, there was no wi-fi, and Suzanne nor her assistant fixed it for us, or called anyone to come fix it. This house was overcrowded (we could hardly move in the kitchen) and absolutely filthy. We stayed over Thanksgiving and couldn't cook in the kitchen because of the conditions. I'm sorry you weren't happy with the last-minute accommodations. I extended every courtesy to make your last-minute stay as comfy as possible. There was an outage as far as the wifi was concerned, the whole neighborhood was out there was nothing to be done about that. The whole house is professionally cleaned 4 times a week so the uncleanliness you've complained about couldn't be true. As far as a refund, our policy clearly states that there is NO refund after check-in. again we apologize for your unhappiness.
RecommendedAMAZING! So easy to get to all the entertainment you could want. This house is awesome, Dr. Lopez is a gracious and very helpful host. Her home was peaceful, inviting, and over the top! A lot of great places to hang out and chill, beautiful landscape and great views 😍😍 our group fell in love with this place 💜💜
The most amazing house I have ever stayed in it’s absolutely amazing
Stayed here many times when we are in Albuquerque. It’s like our home away from home. Dr Lopez is an amazing person and gracious host!
Every nook and cranny had something amazing and beautiful in it. The atmosphere is pure light.
I enjoyed my stay. The place is beautiful and Suzanne is a gem :)
