All the things you hear about this place are true. EXCELLENT service, professional and respectful of your time and more importantly (to me) your hair. Let me tell y’all when I say Kiki’s hands are blessed, I mean it! She does my husband’s and my kids’ hair, and every time she works her magic, it’s an experience. While Kiki was doing my husband’s hair, he mouthed to me, “Did she even start?” I told him, “You’re almost finished!” He was shocked because he’s used to rough pulling and twisting, but with Kiki, he couldn’t even tell she was that gentle. Booked an appointment for loc reconstruction because some of my locs were coming loose. The stylist did not complete the reconstruction and basically did a retwist. The retwist was loose as well I have a few that are not retwisted. I was still charged for the reconstruction even when I mentioned to her that some of them were not fixed.
I have been attending this location since the beginning of my loc journey and they never disappoint!
