William was a pleasure to purchase from. He is calm, friendly, down to earth, knows his craft well. From the designers, to the quality of the textiles, to the origin of each piece. I felt the quality of the shop from moment I walked in. There are pieces that range from 3,4, or 5 digits in price here. However it's undeniable quality and craftsmanship. I had the best furniture buying experience I have had in years at the House of Chester.
