I have had two appointments at the Encino office. The first was to purchase new hearing aids. I liked the questions I was asked to help ensure a good fit. I returned a week later to see how my first week was with new hearing aids. I have been wearing hearing aids for about 20 years. I think this was the best experience I have had to ensure the hearing aids work well for me.

The downtown people are great. Dr. Luxford helped me a lot. However, Dr. Robin Mock at the Encino office is just wonderful. Very clear, friendly, professional and helpful with this sometimes grumpy old man!

I recently had a 6 month check in for my hearing aids. Although the warranty has expired, I’ve found that the service done by Dr. Mock is worth every out-of-pocket penny and reasonably priced. Dr. Mock does a thorough cleaning, replaces needed components, checks my ear health and answers any concerns or questions. I also appreciate office tone set by manager, Noemi, who has been a knowledgeable, caring professional for this practice for years.
