Awesome service! Not only did we love it, but our pets were so happy to be there! The staff is extremely knowledgeable about skin care, and my pets didn't have to stay there all day! We made another appointment and have a regular grooming appointment from now on, and we actually receive a discount for that! (Although I would pay more, just knowing the quality of care and products used on my pet!)They also have a very unique clothing and accessory boutique! We were all very satisfied!
All I can say is WOW! not only did my babies love these people, but, so did we! They were so informed on so many issues, we learned so much!! Our babies were beautiful, and happy! There is a reason they have been around for 40 years! We tell everybody about them! We have always been able to work around our schedule with no problems! We know they are getting love while they are there! And they have the neatest things in there, too!
Lost a customer – The first time I took my dog here is was exceptional. The second time, however, was absolutely terrible. I had an 11 am appointment, which I was early for, when I called at 4 he still wasn't ready but I was informed he would be when I got there. (I was leaving out of town at 4:30) When I picked him up the only thing trimmed on him was his face and paws. The only thing I can think of was 4.5 hours was insufficient to trim a 5 lb yorkie. I guess I rushed them. I am now looking for a new groomer.
