Could use a much better breakfast. Supposed to be able to order hot breakfast item. Menu either hidden at the bar or morning breackfast worker says we do not do that.

A pretty cool hotel but not completely as advertised. I booked this hotel because I was running a marathon so I wanted a sauna. They have a sauna but it’s at an offsite gym literally called 24 hour fitness that closes at 8pm. They claim to have free bike rentals but they were locked up and not accessible. The continental breakfast was literally bagels and yogurt. It was pretty expensive and kind of average. They exceed in customer service. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially liked the complimentary rental department. Love the vibe of this Hotel!

We were supposed to get ONE OF THE BEST ROOMS as VIP on the 5th floor. The room was so dirty with stained carpets all throughout the floor. The bathroom.l, Sink were dirty . Water was not draining completely. The toilet seat was v v old with cracks on it. The bathroom floor was making noises. Breakfast had no hot items. We have had better options in motels . Overall a very poor experience and I’ll not recommend this hotel unless the renovate it.
