Tired of going in there seeing at least 6 people behind he counter and not one person will acknowledge you with a "hi, can I help you?" or "be right with you". Today I stood there a good ten minutes before someone finally came over so I could make a purchase. This has happened to me on numerous occasions. About the only time it doesn't is when Mary the owner is there.

I purchased a bariatric rollator from them in sept. I spent 10% of my monthly income, I had it in 24hrs., less then a month later it broke, I returned it to them because they said they would fix it. It's been 3 freaking weeks and I am without the ability to get around. Everytime they are contacted they say they are looking into it! I recently had to purchase a large amount of antibiotics for my 130# dog and one of the big, chain pharmacies in town was going to charge me $1200 for a one month supply of the medication. I called Hotel Pharmacy to check the price and it was $72!!! FOR THE SAME EXACT MEDICATION. Needless to say, I had our Vet call the script into Hotel. I will now be getting all of our future medications filled at Hotel!
They actually look out for people in med combos. They're always ready to help. I'll never go anywhere else.
Excellent service, all the staff members have great people skills and always service with a smile.. i also like the scented candles at a great price!
They went to bat for me to receive the correct medicine and I did not have to settle for the generic which I am allergic too
