We hit the jackpot with the Melrose Hotel in downtown Grand Junction, from the stunning decor to the fun and friendly bar tenders Gavin and Jack at the attached bar. What a great experience!
5/5 experience. The hotel is comfortable, beautiful, and very conveniently located. The cocktail bar is a must-visit, and the digital check in was easy. They were very responsive to any questions or needs via text, and even let us know that we had left something behind. Definitely will book again.
Awesome place to stay! We loved everything about our room it was gorgeous! And very friendly staff. We will be visiting again!
Zero customer service. Left a couple of items in room by accident. Called and explained the situation was told to go back next day. I dont live in this town. Someone should have called number on file and said items were left. Very disappointed.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Melrose, a delightful surprise discovered while traveling in Colorado. The decor is spectacular, with a simple modern feel plus a few antique touches and unexpected colors that work perfectly, comfortable beds, fluffy towels, many small conveniences such as earplugs (not needed as it was quiet) - it seems every need was anticipated. The bar is cozy and we enjoyed talking with the bartenders. We will make it a point to stay again.
