Definitely a 5 star!! The decor is so well thought out and put together giving to a very indulgent experience. The ease of a digital check-in and checkout with the addition of the virtual concierge service checking to make sure all is well . . . so savvy!! And then there is the classy and creative cocktail bar with the best staff in attendance quenching whatever thirst you may have - bravo!!!!
This hotel was amazing. Such a cool aestetic, cute furnishings and decor, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, very pleased with my experience
Check-in did not go smoothly - apparently if you don't check in before 4pm then the process just won't work? So I texted the "digital concierge," as instructed by the automated text message... No response. I was sitting in the hallway outside my room with all my bags for 10-15 minutes, really needing to use the bathroom, while I figured out what I needed to do to get in.
