This hotel was amazing. Such a cool aestetic, cute furnishings and decor, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, very pleased with my experience

Check-in did not go smoothly - apparently if you don't check in before 4pm then the process just won't work? So I texted the "digital concierge," as instructed by the automated text message... No response. I was sitting in the hallway outside my room with all my bags for 10-15 minutes, really needing to use the bathroom, while I figured out what I needed to do to get in. The check-in process did not go well - I arrived at 6pm and followed the check in link sent via text (there is no front desk), hunted around on their website for a while, tried to text the "digital concierge" that I was having trouble, never heard back, had to call, it took the person like 5 minutes to figure it out, so I just stood there with all my bags in the hallway outside my room *really* having to go to the bathroom for like 15 minutes until I could get in. Immaculate and comfortable rooms! The entire staff was so kind and welcoming. The cocktails at the bar were superb. We were there on a staycation for our anniversary and had the best experience walking to all our favorite downtown spots.
