Unique Hilton property right on the main drag of Yakima. Rooms are spacious and amenities are typical for this type of hotel. Updates are needed in the hallways as carpets look dirty and worn. Only one elevator for 5 floors of rooms which can be slightly annoying, but that was a minor issue. The room itself was nice with a comfortable bed. High ceilings gave the rooms a more spacious feel. Loved, loved, loved this hotel. Great location walkable to good restaurants, loved the fenced porch in the courtyard, staff was AMAZING, garage parking was safe. We are definitely visiting again!
I wanted to love this hotel. Having read a bunch of reviews from a year ago in 2024, it stated the carpets were to be updated by end of year, but here we are at the end of July 2025 and at least on the 5th floor, they have not been replaced. They are still coming up, impossible to roll luggage and a tripping hazard. The rooms are fine, but inadequate for the price. Terrible hotel, do not waste your money. There are no amenities. It does not have any historic charm inside. The carpet in the halls is coming up. The beds are not comfortable. There are no usb plugs anywhere in the rooms. The TV wasn’t working right. The view from the hall was of the top of the building next door.
