We bought a hot tub about a year ago from The Hot Tub Store. I came in today to ask several questions about maintenance and they answered everything with a smile and super informative. We recommended the company to a friend that purchased one 6 months ago with the same experience we had. Great tubs and great service when purchasing and after!!!

We purchased our hot tub on Fathers Day 2024 but had to wait for delivery unto our new patio was installed in October. The team at The Hot Tub Store not only guided us through our decision making but were very accommodating and understanding with delays for delivery on our end.
