The Rochester Hills Hot Tub Store staff couldn’t be any better. The Master Spa I purchased could not have been any better of a Spa , the best investment I’ve made. I have owned mine for 2 years and my wife and I could not be happier, infact I have not missed a day in it since I purchased it 2 years ago. It has help my neuropathy issues in my body & especially feet . Completely satisfied with the Spa & staff a 100% Thank you so much Matt & Donnie for all you have done!!!

Just bought this tub very powerful the controls are excellent. The service is 5 star. Donny was my sales men very professional and passionate at what he does. Checked out other places this was my last stop. Donny explained his product and I bought it on the spot. Thank you.
I’ve had about six Hot Tubs in my life best hot tub best service ever don’t shop anywhere else. This is a real family business and they seem to care with every product that you purchase manufacturers can have issues but these guys stand behind it be any happier just picked up a Michael Phelps Spa I will use it three or four times a week minimum. I stopped at another store and actually put a deposit down then I went here. Got my deposit back save time Shop here first they’ll stare you in the right direction super great people... read more
