Not happy with leak repair. I have had their service department tech out three times. He is a nice fellow and seems competent but each time he says he has found the leak, replaces a fitting and then leaves and I find the leak is the same as before. The last time I was charged $500 and the leak is worse than before. I went to the Hot Tub Store in Folsom with a specific sized tub in mind and a specific price. It was hard to meet my desires but Patrick went through all the information and showed me a lot of tubs. I was not ready to adjust my goals and after a few weeks, thinking I would not find one, he called. He found exactly what I wanted and I bought it. I made my career in advertising, so I'm not an easy sell. But I am sold on the Hot Tub Store. Everything from sales and orientation to installation (in a driving rain storm) and ongoing support has been top-level. If you want to get your hot tub right, give these guys a visit. You won't be disappointed.
