I purchased a hot tub from this store 6 years ago. Recently I developed a leak in my tub. I called the hot tub store and they referred me to their service dept., where I could not speak to a technician! So I explained my problem to the clerk she spoke to her manager and they said, $274. To come to my house, $100. Per half hour labor and $630.00 for a new pump! This is ROBBERY! We had a great experience. Patrick the salesperson and Christian the technician are super friendly, helpful, and patient in answering all my questions.
Patrick was incredibly helpful and informative on my visit. No high pressure sales, but high on informative details to help understand options and benefits. Almost a year later I am bumping it to 4 stars instead of 5 because it took months for them to pick up the hot tub for warranty work once we discovered a leak. We have been without the use of the spa for over three months and are waiting for the fix and return.
