This was the first place I shopped as I like buying Local but sometimes that doesn't always work out. But this time the service was amazing, the time Scott spent talking to me about hot tubs was amazing. This is my first Hot tub and I had a lot of questions. After unsuccessfully visiting several stores for a Caldera hot tub filter, I was lucky enough to discover The Hot Tub Store in Folsom. Both Scott & Patrick were engaging & eager to help. They knew exactly what I needed & had it right there on the shelf! Their store also offers hot tub service. I'm definitely making this my go-to spot in the future.
Purchase a Reims spa from Patrick and the owner, Marsha. Excellent service, listened to my needs. Customer experience was outstanding!
