Went into the store knowing absolutely nothing about hot tubs. There wasnt anything I could ask that they didnt know the answer to. very helpful in helping us figure out what would be the best fit for our price range and what we were looking for. Couldnt ask for a better experience didnt try to upsell us on things we didnt need and never felt on bit of pressure. Great group of people full of knowledge and kindness!
We bought our hot tub from these folks and recently had them out for a minor repair. They were great, the technician, Greg, couldn’t have been better. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and took us through the process in an efficient way. Kelly in the office was also great and helpful.👍👍👍
