Dawn is very friendly, knowledgeable and had a lot of patience to get our older hot tub up and running. Excellent service.
With one phone call, a service call was organized for the very next day. I met Dawn and she located and repaired the leak in our hot tub and provided some excellent maintenance information on our hot tub. Overall, the experience was just what one would hope for, with reasonable prices on the parts and service. I would highly recommend The Hot Tub Man!
