She may be getting 5 star reviews but here's another story. I ordered the ICare spa monitoring system from her mid 2024. It worked great for 6 months and suddenly quit; wouldn't connect to the internet and made the app worthless. Wrote email after email for help. Finally transferred to a company called Ondilo. They said it had a bad core and would be sending one out within a week. Never got it nor is anyone answering emails anymore. Kept emailing; nothing. Result? $600 paperweight.
