Chris and Randy arrived shortly after they told me they could come to fix a few leaks in my hot tub. They are very knowledgeable and provided great and timely service. Price seemed fair for their time and in line with others. I would highly recommend calling them for your hot tub needs. Thanks, guys!
We bought a hot tub from Chris in July of 2020. We were told emphatically that everything in it would be brand new. That his rebuilt hot tubs were "better than new." We have had nothing but problems from day one. From the time of delivery until now ... nothing good. It was delivered with zero pillows. Literally blank places where they should be. All the jets were old. Pieces missing or old. Or cheap replacement parts were installed. We were told over and over that the pillows were on order. Its been over 3 years .... read more
I will never do business with this Company again! They told us everything would be new and they didn’t replace anything. The jets were so old they kept falling out the lights didn’t work and some brown substance comes out of the jets every time they run. Chris has been out and has never fixed it. We have had a hot tub for 20 years and loved it. This one we don’t want to use because it’s so nasty. We have cleaned it out and changed the water several times and it’s still terrible.
Just purchased my second hot tub from these guys. My first purchase was 13 years ago. It was a rebuilt tub that was about half the price of a new one. The one I just purchased is the same. I was very happy with the first purchase and I am sure that will be the case this time. If you are looking for a good hot tub at a good price this is the place!!
Told my Dad his hot tub needed parts replaced - quoted him over $1,000 in repairs. My Dad paid Chris $500 in April to order the necessary parts and haven’t heard from them since. Calls go straight to voicemail.
