Love this Studio! The Barre class is great! Can't wait to try the pod! Christy is the best instructor!
30 min pod.. my first time. You can control it yourself. Change settings and temperature. I found that if you set the massage at different settings upper and lower... like one on mild, one on intense...it feels like you are getting a massage rather than just vibration... they can be adjusted...I wore a swimsuit.. highly suggest you do the same. It was soaked when I got out. Used the plastic bag that the the plastic suit came in that you wear during the session to take my suit home.
