Nice selection. Modern showroom. Very helpful non-commissioned sales staff.
Family owned store, great customer service and competitive pricing. Bought a fireplace and it was installed that same week! Would highly recommend.
Jason was amazing! He was able to repair an exisiting problem with one of our fireplaces where two other companies had tried to sell us a new unit saying it was unfixable. Jason had great communication the whole time, fast-friendly-professional service and great prices. I will definitley use The Hot Spot for all future needs...like our fire pit this summer!
