The Hot House has really gone down hill. Rented the VIP room today and was very distraught at how bad the place has gotten. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and walls. The ceiling is peeling/cracking. The sauna room is all vandalized and lots of spider webs and hair in the corners. The hot tub needs some major cleaning. Cracks in the tub, seats are way to slippery, and it's all yellow. Hair in filters, and corners of tub outside . Let's just say the hot house needs a major remodel. It's not worth $40 for one hour. Recently Renovated – My husband Jake first started coming to the Hot House as a means of physical therapy for his sports injury. His doctor had actually recommended the idea to him and suggested the "Hot House". One night, we went to dinner and a movie and then stopped here for a romantic get-a-way. I must say I was impressed. The place was spotless. Our private room consisted of a shower, a relaxation bench and a wonderful large hot tub. You can actually chose if you want an indoor jacuzzi or an exterior jacuzzi. Don't have a hot tub and with you did just to relax a little. Or maybe you just don't want the maintance. If like me this sounds like you this is a great place to go, but take a towel with you. That's one less thing to pay for.
awesome place to relax! I went there with my girl friend and we had time of our life.Very nice palce to relax. We didn't know that kind palce exist in lansing. They had private indoor and out door tubs. We had tahiti room with sauna and fire place. This place was extra clean, desk clark was very friendly, helpful.

PROS: very clean, updated, friendly staff, free parking right out side the door. CONS: they are only open until 2am. They should be open late after bar hours.
