pre-surgery staff did not communicate with surgeon, I had to FORCE them to speak to each other so I quit getting mixed messages! Afterwards, they kept billing me for the copay I already paid. 3 months layer after MANY phone calls and sic hours of my time, I'm still not sure billing is going to stop harassing me for payment. The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing at this place! I sure don't feel safe or cared for here!! NEVER AGAIN!
Our doctor has been trying to schedule my wife for 8 days now but NO ONE answers the phone even for a doctor or even returns the calls. Now he is going to use UMC instead. Absolutely the worst customer service. My wife even tried calling the number that the Dr used only to find that she was 58th in line. Of course they NEVER called back.
